okay guys, I need help.
I know there’s a “Support” button, and I did write to the IT guys, but I’m getting a bit too frustrated…

K, so I set up my @college account and @fas.harvard account, and I can log into both accounts just fine.

But the @college account is working VERY weirdly…
- I tried sending a new e-mail from my Gmail and my Hotmail account to my @college account. So… it took a while, but it now says “Inbox (3).” But when I try to check the actual e-mail by clicking on “Check Mail” tab or the “Inbox (3)” tab, it says “This folder has no mesages.” …Although it is clear that I do have messages to check.
- I tried composing a new email from the @college account to my external email: the one to my Gmail took a few minutes but arrived, but the one to my Hotmail never got through.

As for the @fas.harvard.edu account…
- as you have noted, I can send emails from it just fine, and it even goes through to my Hotmail account!
- but when I try to send emails from Gmail or Hotmail to @fas.harvard, I think it goes straight into the @college account, as the “Inbox (#)” in my @college account rose to “Inbox(5)” after a few seconds I sent the emails.

But anyway… this is getting really frustrating!!! Does anyone know what I can do about my @college account?? What is the point of having an e-mail address if I can’t receive emails through it?
