Email Response From CollegeBoard

I sent an email to college-board yesterday, saying:

I took two SAT subject tests today, both the Math 1 and Math 2 subject tests.
Though while taking the Math 1 test my calculator malfunctioned, I told my proctor and he informed me that only my Math 1 score would be canceled, though when filling out the score cancellation form I was only given the option "Single SAT Subject Test (equipment failure)" does this mean both my scores will be canceled?

Please I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible. I am really worried that my Math 2 score will also be canceled when my calculator was working properly.

I got this response:

We have received your email regarding SAT score cancellation and will be happy to provide you with the following information.

If your equipment fails during a Mathematics Level 1 or Mathematics Level 2 test or during a Language Test with Listening, you can request to cancel just the scores on the affected test, and still have the other SAT Subject Tests scored.

Does this mean only my Math 1 score will be canceled? Or not? Also I already filled out the score cancellation forum like I said in the email with my proctor, so how can I request it again? I plan on sending them a fax about it, and calling them on Monday, is there anything else you guys think I should do?

What exactly did the form the proctor gave you have on it? Did you specify the math you wanted cancelled?
The email from college board said you can cancel just Math 1.
I would fax the form and call like you said. You can call and tell them to ignore the proctor form and use the faxed form. Things will work out for you.

@SatnotACT Thanks I will call them on Monday and make sure I am specific about what I want to happen.
