As darkhope said, you really should join the JHU Incoming Class of 2011 Facebook group as most of the questions being asked by enrolling students are being answered there -- including your question about getting email accounts. </p>
<p>As far as email accounts, you need to obtain your JHED ID first and then you will log-in to a web portal that will take you through all of the steps for setting up your JHU email address. Enrolling Arts & Sciences students should have received an email a couple of weeks ago from the A&S Academic Advising Office and then received their Freshman Planner mailing last week (this mailing and email includes the JHED IDs). Enrolling Engineerings students should have received their email this week and will be receiving their Freshman Planner mailing in the next few days as the Engineering Advising Office sent out there information this week. If you still haven't received anything by June 11th you should contact the Academic Advising Office you are enrolled in.</p>
