I'm hispanic, low income (my mom works at McDonalds etc)

So, is my list too unrealistic? If so, what schools would you recommend?

Thanks for your time.

Brandeis and BU are slight reaches. The SUNY schools are probably matches. The others are nearly impossible. Rethink your list.

You obviously have overcome many obstacles to have such a great resume of academic achievements. You know in your research if your "stats" match the average incoming freshman-and whether it is worth going "for the gold". with that being the case-would you keep or modify your list? If you want to modify your list-then check out this forum for LACs-liberal arts colleges. Good luck!

I should've been more supportive the first time around. I still believe what I wrote before, but I shuold've suggested schools to look at. Look at the lower NESCACs like Conn College, Bates, and the like. Still great schools, but slightly less selective. Your URM status will help you, too. Good luck, - you'll do great!
