<p>I looked up how to cancel a test, and I read that I cannot withdraw less than five days away from the test. When I signed up for the exam, I opted to send my scores to four colleges that I'm applying to. If I don't show up for the exams and just cancel my scores immediately after I would have been testing, would the colleges know this or see that I didn't show up?</p>
