Hello, I am a student currently debating between Emory’s Oxford College and Fordham’s Rose Hill College. I’ve been doing some extensive research on both creative writing programs (though the info I’ve found on Fordham’s is very limited compared to how much I’ve found about Emory’s), and I was wondering if anybody had had experience with the Creative Writing major/concentration in either school?

EDIT: I am very interested in majoring in creative writing, and would like to work as a freelance writer and possibly an editor someday.
Emory’s definitely the best program for creative writing, one of the best in the country.

You do have two excellent choices, but I have heard outstanding things about Emory’s creative writing program. I would definitely choose there, especially with the option to go to a small tight-knit college for two years and then transfer into a big university - you get the best of both worlds, with a close social network but also a big university’s resources.
