Go with Cornell. Wayy more prestige , and you'll have all the bulge brackets recruiting you. Anyways, Goizueta's starting salary isn't even that high.

splintercell: According to a friend who has a senior at Goizueta, few bulge bracket IB firms recruit at Emory....for internships and for full-time jobs....It is really up to the student to seek out the positions....Not sure how it is at Cornell....and not sure how either of them stack up for "a broad range of business careers".....Emory is obviously extremely strong in the Atlanta area, but in terms of a job pipeline to NY, it depends on the Goizueta Alumni Network....You may want to call down there and ask......

If, however, you plan on getting your MBA, it is more a question of university fit...IMO you can't go wrong in either place, but they are very different places....

Thanks for the input. I was just wondering if the fact that I graduate from Cornell with a BA in Economics would limit my career oppurtunities/salary?

I will hopefully go for a MBA but not sure.

Also, what about a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations? I heard the ILR gets recruited heavily and that it is a very broad way of studying business, as well as getting hooked into ibanking, consulting, mangement, human resources, etc.
