Emory/Wash U. Chances

I'm a white male from a tiny high school in Northern Kentucky (currently a Junior)... Family is middle class with 5 kids (I have 4 younger sisters).

Rank: Top 5 at least (Probably Top 3)/ 80ish
GPA: 3.88 UW, 4.5+ W I made a few bad decisions Junior year so my GPA; I'm trying to rebound but too late...
Schedule: Most challenging possible including AP Chem (Junior), AP Bio (Junior), AP English Lit (Senior), AP Music Theory (Senior), AP Latin Vergil (Junior), AP Calculus AB and BC (one year, BC exam, Senior), AP US History (Junior), and AP Physics B (Senior).

All AP scores should be 4s or 5s (most 5s) except Latin, which (partially) isn't all my fault but not making excuses.

SAT: 2170 (retaking in October; I believe I can realistically get around 2300)
SAT II: n/a
ACT: 34 (retaking; sucked up one subsection, should get 35 or even 36)

Work: Had a job first semester of Junior year (busser), getting another for
Senior year

EC: Club soccer and indoor soccer year-round outside of HS (no HS team), 4+ years in Latin Club, 2 in NHS, volunteer assistant coach for youth soccer teams (2+ hours a week), volunteer tutor (2+ hours a week), 3 years on HS JETS team (if that counts; have placed but nothing special). I was in band Freshman year, but had to quit to take Chemistry.

Honors/Awards: Multiple years of Who's Who, National Scholars, etc. Lots of generic clubs/invitations (too many to name). Super Honor Roll, Maxima Cum Laude on National Latin Exam multiple times. Academic Club multiple years.. Can't remember more off the top of my head, but I'll dig through my bin later lol.

Basically I know my EC/Volunteer suck, and I haven't gotten any special awards, but it is what it is. I underachieved greatly my Junior year, but I will turn that around. I'm looking to eventually get into Med. School (Undecided Major, but probably Biology/Biochemistry). Oh, and I would probably be attending Emory via Oxford College for the first two years...

So yeah, thanks. Comments greatly appreciated. Will update if I remember/get time.

In at both with your eyes closed... maybe open your eyes with washu.

"who's who" doesn't count.

It's idiotic to retake a 34 on the ACT. It's above the 99th percentile already. It's above Harvard's average score, for gods' sake. You're in. Also, I don't know if anyone told you, Who's Who and National Scholars are scams that invite virtually anyone. Don't even put them on your applications.

(Can't edit posts after people reply?)

Thank you two for the input; I know the ACT is decent, but I didn't take the writing section the first time. Thus, I have to retake it; I'm not really worried because I was extremely surprised by how easy it was (I hadn't looked at practice tests or anything, so could've been the test).

Who's Who/Scholars was supposed to be some examples of the generic awards I've received. I forgot to mention I'm National Merit Commended (borderline Finalist based on past years, but scores may go down this year?). I started to get a little worried after I saw all the other students on this site with 10+ clubs, research, rewards, SAT II, etc. I would appreciate a couple more opinions.
