Employment After Grinnell?

Hi! I was just curious about employment options after Grinnell/what kind of jobs most students end up in. I'm interested in International Relations/Global Development, or Tech Studies (haven't made up my mind yet). I know I'm getting a little bit ahead of myself, but just want to know what my options would be.

Grinnell has a terrific Career services office – they have really beefed it up in the past few years, and married curricular opportunities with career exploration as well. Going to an LAC such as Grinnell will open you up to a wide world of possibility for life after school. Maybe the college has some stats on what students do after graduating, but i doubt that even that is indicative of the arc that most people’s eventually follow. The data any college or university has on its alumni is only as good as the information it gets back over the years from them.

Have you looked around on the college website? My suggestion is to start here:

My senior at Grinnell just accepted a position after he graduates. He used the Career Center and had the opportunity to interview for multiple companies through the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium (SLAC). The office also helped him with securing an internship last summer. We have been very impressed.
