End-of-Year Report Cards - How Were They?

Most of us, at this point, have finished our academic year and received our report cards. How are they? What you expected? Better? Worse? Was the math exam result as bad as you anticipated?

Any awards or honors among our ranks? Share.

kick-ass - same as expected, but that’s cuz we know our grades ahead of time. And since this is cc, I’m doubting any awards/honors amongst us;)

Haven’t got mine officially yet (they mail it in), but I did better than I thought I would in English and Math…so I’m pretty pleased.

My dad has to pay off my tuition and then I’ll get it.

=/ I ended with a solid B in chemistry though.

All A’s and A-'s. First time since freshman year and I am pumped!!! Upward grade trend FTW.

Blerg. This semester wasn’t as great as the rest… I usually get all A’s, with the exception of one B. This semester, I received all A’s and 2 B’s in Honors Chemistry and Honors Pre-Calc. I’ve never had a B in math before, so this was a shock.

Dunno 100% yet, but they’re all A’s (according to my averaging skills and Power School). Should be two 96’s, a 98, and three 99’s.

English - 99%
Chemistry - 99%
Pre-Calc- 99%
APUSH - 96%
Japanese III - 96%
Chinese II - 98%

GPA: 4.06 W/ 4.0 UW

Bleck. Second semester junior year took me from what was beginning to be the best year of my career to the worst. It turned out better than I expected because I snapped out of my funk with about a month to go, but still pretty damn meh.

AP Calc - 92 B
Contemporary Issues - 92 B
AP Bio - 95 A
AP Psych - 93 B
French III - 97 A
Principles of Democracy/Econ - 96 A
English 11 - 93 B

UW: 94/100 W: 98/100

And just for s&g
Gym - 96 A
Ceramics - 98 A

But the year wasn’t a complete loss academically. I crushed the SATs (and I’m pretty sure the same goes for the APs and SATIIs) and I’m headed to Texas for TASP in two weeks!

My only A- was in singing…
And that’s only because I wrote a four page essay on why I (a practically tone-deaf person) deserved an A-.
haha. So I guess I’m happy? :)

you overachievers.

mine:
Chem honors B
Spanish 3 B
Precalc Honors C
US History B
Yearbook B
English 3 A

6 As and 1 B in Honors Algebra 2

AP Cal BC : A+ 103%
AP Lit: A+ 97%
AP Macro: A- 92%

GPA 5.0 Weighted.

2 A+s
7 A-s
1 B

Yeah. I think. Bit disappointed because for 3 of the A-s, I missed the A+s by literally 1 point. Ah well, freshman year. Still have time for improvement.

“AP Psych - 93 B”

Any school where 93% is a B… I’d stay the hell away from… Then again at my school the teachers grade quite epically harshly (so one has got 97+% in a class ever)

I got one B+ :s

lol I did well. I haven’t got the report card yet, but the grades are online.

Dude. omg

Math 1st quarter: 79
Math 2nd quarter: 91
Midterm exam: 92
Math 3rd quarter: 94
Math 4th quarter: 93
Final exam: 99!!!
Year grade, the only thing that will appear on transcript: 91, A!
BURN, battery of “review quizzes” during the first week of school on stuff you didn’t teach us.

Pretty happy w/ my grades… five 4.0’s, one 3.5 in geometry honors. I have a 3.93 this semester, a 3.79 overall. Im pretty happy, but wish I did better last semester (i got a 3.68). oh well.

A’s as expected. Whatever.

Happy with mine. I knew I was going to wind up with three Bs, but they’re pretty high up there (my school does percentage grades where 89.5-100 is an A, etc.). I got an 89 in APUSH, an 88 in AP Lit, and am 87 in Pre-AP Chem. Not disappointed. I worked hard.

physics: A
ap chem: C; B or A after ap grades come out
ap lang: A
pre-calc: B <----- bummed me out -.- almost had that A
ap euro: A
apush: A

pretty goodish
