Hi everyone!!
I recently applied to these three camps and got accepted to all of them and I was just wondering if any previous alumni or anyone whose ever gone to these camps had any advice regarding which one to go to. Out of the three of them, which one is the most prestigious and which one looks the best on the college app?
Thanks!!
Woah, you already got accepted to Endevvr? I thought they only start reviewing applications today. Congratulations to your achievement!
@BobsaidYo i applied early admission!! but based upon what you said, do you think I should take endevvr instead of the other ones??
@collegehelp1010 I’m not that familiar with the other ones, but I took a quick search online and it seems like Lean Gap is the best. I hope some alumni would help you out - I’m definitely not the expert here!
any endevvr, catapult, or lean gap alumni on CC??
Hey Congrats on your acceptance to all three!! That’s very impressive.
I myself an alumni of the Catapult Incubator program that Quarter Zero runs, and I think that it was one of the best experiences of my life. It really kicked off my entrepreneurial journey, and I am still benefiting from their organization today! At the program, there were tons of mentors, advisers and guest speakers who are AMAZING and were really happy to help out all of the young entrepreneurs. It’s cool cause I still have connections with them today, and I can turn to them anytime I want to. Also, I really liked how it was in three different locations. I got to travel to the three startup hubs of the US, and really immerse myself in what startup culture looks like in NYC, San Fran and Chicago. The startup I worked on personally had team members from all across the US. So when we met up in the in-person sessions, we’d really discuss what needs to be done, some of the next steps, how we could use the Quarter Zero staff at that time to keep moving forward, and what everyone’s roles would be during the off time. These in-person sessions were also great because it featured things like masterclasses where we learn new skills, and then we implement them in things like the customer acquisition competitions (where we had two hours to drum up as much business as we could). In short, it really taught me all about entrepreneurship, and I owe a lot of my success to the Catapult Incubator. If you’re big on learning by DOING, I highly recommend you go with the incubator! Message me if you have any questions!!
As for most prestigious on apps for college, I feel like all three would be good. HOWEVER, because Quarter Zero really teaches by doing actual work (trial and error) I feel like your company will be the best set up after the Incubator, making it very appealing for colleges.
