<p>I have heard from several people that Engineering undergrads don't really need to go to Grad school.</p>

<p>“Need” is not the issue. One with a bachelors degree can do quite well as an engineer. What grad school adds is a factor that increases your potential such as for management positions or consulting positions.</p>
