Engineering graduate going for Physics

Hello all,
I am considering going after my passion and receiving a bachelors and possibly a PHD in physics.
Next December, I will be graduating from SUNY-ESF for bioprocess engineering, which is accredited as chemical engineering.
While this is a nice degree, now that I will have a diploma that'll almost guarantee me a job, I would like to take the opportunity to go to school for what I truly set out to do.
I would like to go to school for physics and grab a BA and possibly a PHD.
I will graduate from my program with a GPA of around 3.2. I have taken calc 1-3 for engineers, diffy Q, computational methods for engineers, thermo, fluids, and other classes that could potentially be applicable to a physics degree. Since all of my credits are SUNY credits, I would like to go to a SUNY school to be accelerated into the program.

Does anyone have any suggestions for schools that I have a chance of entering? And would it be possible to apply for graduate school and make up the courses I haven't taken as a graduate student?
