<p>Hey All,
So I'm a white, male, rising senior in New York who wants to go to a Mech E school. As it stands:
UW GPA-3.7
W GPA-4.56</p>

<p>SAT-2190 (800 math, 710 CR, 680 writing)
Math II SAT- 740</p>

<p>EC: Student Gov't Treasurer-4 years
Member of FIRST robotics team-3 years (Treasurer for two, we also won a regional, got the engineering inspiration award, and we were in the top 1% of teams last year)
Track and Field team
Ski Club
Ultimate Frisbee
Summer internship in engineering school</p>

<p>Right now I'm looking at U of M, UIUC, Carnegie Mellon, RIT, BU, Cornell and RPI, what sort of shot do I have for those and are there any other good engineering schools in America that I might also have a shot at?

<p>You should be a match for UIUC. High match to low reach for UMich due to the low uw GPA.</p>
