Hi everyone! If I could just get some opinions on this it'd be great. I'm just about to finish my first semester as a dual Chemical Engineering/Physics major and I'm not sure it's what I want to do for the next 3.5 years. To be honest, when I applied to colleges I applied as an engineering major because I thought it would be cool to work more in applied sciences and I will be honest and say that money (or at least ranking of majors by money) was a factor.

I've read the posts that say that if I don't enjoy the subject I won't get good grades, and to this point that hasn't been true, but also I've only take what we call general engineering courses (one course on engineering design and another on basic programming), so I'm not sure if its just because I haven't done specific ChemE class that I don't like it so far.

I'm thinking about switching to a dual Math/Physics major, so could someone who perhaps had the same decisions to make tell me about why they chose Math or Engineering that would be very helpful!
