I've been admitted as a civil engineering major. The program sounds good. Can anyone tell me about UOP's engineering school?

What is it specifically that you want to know? There are some great civil engineering professors in the program, I know that for sure.

Is it hard to get a job with a civil engineering degree from UOP? Do employers recruit UOP graduates? How hard are the core classes?

I can’t speak to all of those aspects, but I do know that students who go on co-ops and do well have a good chance of being hired on by that company.
Thank you! That’s a big help.
Just want to say congrats for being accepted into UOP’s engineering program. I too, have been admitted to their Civil Engineering program as a transfer and start Fall 2015. See you there!
Thank you. I probably won’t start until Fall 2016 because I need to work another year and save. Congratualtions to you too. UOP has an awesome engineering school with very caring professors. Good luck this fall.
