<p>I was just curious where on the portal I could see if I am exempt from the placement tests? I’m pretty sure that I am because I scored high enough on my SAT and other CSUs said that I was exempt, however, I know SLO does things a bit different. I like to double check and just want to see it confirmed in writing from them. Let me know, thanks!</p>

<p>Are you referring to general SAT scores, or the subject tests?</p>
<p>I’m not sure what placement tests you are referring to. CP, like other schools, allow you to skip some level classes depending on AP scores. Perhaps there is something else that I’m not aware of. But my son’s AP scores enabled him to enter CP as a mid-year freshman.</p>
