<p>is it true that the course name has to have "english" or "writing" in it? At my school, there are many writing two courses whose names don't explicitly state "english" or "writing" in them, but they require a **** load of reading and writing?</p>
<p>You could also have "Composition", or "Literature", or something like that. (The department, by the way, not the course name.) But a writing-intensive course from your bio department, I think, does not work.</p>
