My counselor has been recommending that I take the SAT English subject test because it is very similar to the SAT Reasoning Test Critical Reading Section and I won't have to do a lot of extra studying. However, I have read that the English test is very difficult as a subject test. I will for sure be taking Math 2 (I'm in honors precalc) and USH (I'm in APUSH) but I am unsure about the last one. I am in Honors English 11 at school (highest for juniors), but I am also taking Advanced Chem (highest chem class at my school). I want to major in business/hospitality administration (at Cornell hopefully!). Also, is there more than one english test? Thanks for your help!</p>
<p>Taking Chem would be easier if you have a solid math foundation, which it seems that you already do. However, if you don;t feel completely confident in your abilities, lit might be better, but only if you are very, very strong in that area. However, it is, in my opinion, the most difficult test to ace, so you should lean towards chem unless your english is way, way better than your math.</p>
