It's also very beautiful to watch!

However, it can be frustrating at times unless one is just sitting back, watching time go by; I did that once, and found a record 400 posts made in 90 minutes.

WOW!

It just shows how crazy people on CC can be.

It is not surprising; when more than 20 people are online at once, the posts can fly. The "Latest Posts" section on the taskbar at the left of the window can give you an idea of how quickly posts are being made in the forum.

I have a feeling I might not be getting much sleep tonight, as this information is making me want to stay up and see the magic unfold!

I realized that in the last 75 minutes there have been 231 posts in the forum, so this is normal. I know there are more/hr at night. There really is no magic, but there are a lot more people with whom to hold conversations.

Darn it, kman1456! Always have to ruin my fun! Well, I am still hoping to see some magic.

No, I have only spoiled the house once, not too many times. A true spoiler of fun would be someone like logisticswizard or twm or the Sevendust imitations.

Whatever happened to logisticswizard? He was the king of random posts.

Well Im logisticswizard...lo go junior BUT you see I was banned and told never to post random again.........or it would be permanent ban like my logisticswizard account.

He just posted on this thread, but we can't see the person. His new name is 'lo go junior'.

That's what I thought.

I do often wonder who will replace us (the CC class of 07) when we go away in terms of membership; then again, more than 30 new people sign up/day. It seems the new day has arrived, but there are definitely more to come.

More than 30 people join a day?! That seems like an awful lot!

I went through the member's list by punching in random numbers, and on the day I joined there were 21 others that did the same, including fellow poster Gospy.

I guess it's becoming more and more popular each day.

Actually, it has a tendency to peak around times when decisions have been made in both Early and Regular times, particularly beforehand from all of the nervous people who want chances, and then from many who post their stats upon acceptance and then a few questions afterwards before leaving.

You're right. I have noticed that.

When searching today I realized that of the 65500 here, around 20000 have less than 10 posts, and at least 35000 are nothing higher than new members. I am still trying to figure out exactly how many senior members exist on the current forum, and my estimate is around 500.

Mine would be around 600, as I have noticed a large number of them.
