State school and above 3.0, decent resume should be enough right?

i dunno but pity bump lolz

I didn't do finance undergrad, so it's a bit hard for me to answer, but I would say not that hard. The term "hard" is of course relative. What I am stating is that it is easier to get a corporate job like this than to get I-banking, consulting, or big 4 simply because these jobs are not in as high of demand (by the top students). That's not to say that you will be able to get any corporate job you want. It's not even to dismiss the possibility that you may get an offer from a good consulting company yet get rejected from a corporate entity. This happens, but if you are a good student you will be fine (barring any economic down turn at the time of graduation).

That being said, some corporations are more difficult to get into than others. For instance, Google is very difficult to get into.
