So I'd have a couple of questions regarding this form I received from Lafayette College.

Is the $700 enrollment deposit payed every year, or just the first year?

What do I put at Lafayette College ID number? My ID that I use to login at my Lafayette online account?

At parent or guardian information what does it mean Lafayette alumnus/ alumna?

What if my country doesn't have a ZIP code?

The admission office told me that I have to pay the $700 fund by wire transfer. Do I have to enclose with the enrollment form any document that the bank will provide may after I pay?

thanx

And another question :)

Can the enrollment deposit be waived for students getting a lot of financial aid? If yes what procedure should be followed?

You should be posing those questions to Lafayette directly, not waiting for some random poster, who may or may not really know anything, to answer! Email or call the admissions office.
That is my advice :-)

yes, of course I am going to ask the admission office :)

just I wanted some info from someone who has applied or is applying himself!

1) The $700 is a one-time fee. You don’t have to pay it every year.

2) Your Lafayette ID is a number that starts with L followed by eight numbers. Check the forms you have received, it’s probably on there.

3) Parent/guardian info - they are just asking if either of your parents graduated from Lafayette.

4) & 5) - you’ll have to ask the admissions office.

thank you very much Lafalum84

so for the ZIP code, I put the postal code of my country(I am international student)

and along with the Enrollment Agreement Form I attached a document that proved the payment.

hope this helps for anyone else who is going to Lafayette
:)
