that'll be an early wake up for me. bleh. =P

Here's the WebReg tutorial. It shows how to sign up for classes. http://registrar.ucsd.edu/studentlink/WebRegTriton.htm

It's probably best to take classes that fulfill the general education requirements (GEs) first. That way, you don't waste time in case you change your major later. The colleges have different requirements and you can probably find your college's specific requirements at http://newstudent.ucsd.edu

Warren's website has a page that lists the requirements and recommended schedules for every major at http://warren.ucsd.edu/academiclife/publications/four_year_ed_plans.php. There might be another on tritonlink or on the other college websites.

Mine's alright. It's on August 23, but it's early. sigh.

arawantscollege: you can also do one of the following:

go to your college website to find their online academic advising handbook (they should have one online) and also see the four-year plan sheet for your major to see the required classes you need to take for your major. the academic advising handbook will probably have a AP/IB section to tell you which classes you don't need to take b/c of your test scores.

I found the most of the four year plan sheets for you. Hopefully your college isn't Marshall. =P I tried to find it but no time for me now. hehe

http://sixth.ucsd.edu/SixthCollegeFourYearPlans06-07.html

You can plan your classes this way and ask your advisor about your plans

OR

Just go ask your advisor about it. =P
