Environmental studies

The Environmental Studies major varies between schools, although you can count on a diverse set of courses, which allow intricate analysis of anthropogenic impacts on the environment. I have taken 2.5 years of chemistry including biochem, a quarter of Pchem at UC Santa Barbara, which serves to state that certain Environmental Studies programs provide rigorous scientific training.

I felt the B.A. was more appropriate because many modern science majors do not consider that most scientists spend a majority of their time communicating the pertinence of their results. I now work in the energy sector, in which there are TONS of jobs for ES majors!
