Erasing Marks

So I changed quite a few times throughout the test. Each time i still had a smudge over the wrong answer, and darkened very dark the bubble with the right answer. Am i most likely ok? I never trust these damn scantrons...

same here man
i dont know if my erasers sucked or what but on the ones that i changed the old mark was still pretty damn visible

Yeah you should be fine. The problem arises when you write on the other side of the sheet and it actually imprints the graphite from that side onto another sheet, which can sometimes bubble in random bubbles. I have had this happen to me on a practice test.

YEAH i noticed that, i turned back a page ( I WASNT CHEATING ), and i could clearly see all the marks on the opposite page....hopefully that wont effect it either..

Well I just erased those unwanted marks...

think itll show up? and if so, can i get it corrected

if worst comes to worst and you get your answers and the yweren teh eones you picked you can get it hand graded for like 30 bucks.

Aaah... I think I spent more time trying to get rid of erase marks than figuring out the problems.

can you get in handgraded after you get your scores? and the actual test with your answers?

yeah yeah thats the point. if you think there was a mistake you can ask to have it handgraded.

same with me! i think the pencil transferred the bubble markings from one page to the other one!

but if they tell you to bubble the circles darkly, you'd think they'd somehow compensate with the scanning machine since this seems to be a common problem.

hope this won't be a problem!!

whew that makes me feel better

hand scoring is whooping $50. takes forever (>2 months?). refunded if scanning mistake.

oh i didnt know it gets refunded if there was a mistake!
Well that makes it sound much more comfortable then.

Where is the information on CollegeBoard about this hand-grading service? I can't find any mention of it anywhere... do you just call and ask about it?

You can request a multiple-choice hand score verification or essay score verification, or both, up to five months after the test date by calling Customer Service.
