<p>I have a friend who'll be staying in Brooklyn over the summer, and he's looking for an ESL program (he's a beginner), pretty cheap and not too far away from Brooklyn. I thought about the CUNY system, but do you guys have any other ideas? Community Colleges, maybe? Thanks.</p>
