<p>U of I essays count for absolutely nothing. Unless you are borderline admissions, don't worry about it.</p>
<p>With a 300-word limit, that's still 10.67 characters/word. 3200 seems low, but I remember having no problems with any limit of that kind. Are you sure about 3200? Plus, like elleohelle said, U of I essays are worthless. I'd be surprised if anyone actually read mine... I'm sure you'll be fine; the word limit is a much larger obstacle.</p>
