<p>Should we consider the words of the quotation itself when viewing the word count, or should it be "excluded?"</p>

<p>Their supplement only says to use "about 500 words," so I think it isn't exactly aiming for strictness. But nonetheless, I'm just wondering what's considered acceptable.</p>
