If I got this on June ACT:

English = -5
Math = -7 (thought this was harder than usual :/)
Reading = -5
Science = -8

Thanks.

hmmm…31? just a guess. probably high 20s/low 30s.

Alright. I believe I did well on reading/english (usually reading is weak for me… but I felt great during this test…) but poorly on math (usually my best -_-).

29 maybeeeeee

hahaha, dont sweat it. if the ACT is curved, the curve looks like it’ll be generous (judging many people’s rxns to the math test). i agree! reading usually sucks for me, but i think i did pretty well on it this time! also, i hear reading’s pretty lenient - i think it’s set that 2 wrong is always still going to be a 36. it sounds like people thought science was hard, too, so if the ACT is willing to curve (not sure if they do…) that should be a good one as well. your score might be higher than a 31…obviously, no one knows yet for sure

-2 is not always a 36, very rarely actually. April it was -1 = 34 for reading…

Probably 28. I got a 29 on april with -3, -3, -10ish, -8ish.

"-2 is not always a 36, very rarely actually. April it was -1 = 34 for reading… "

Well NOW my score from April makes more sense haha.
I feel like sometimes the sections you expect to get a nice, cushy curve go nuts.
I’m going to estimate a low 30 for you.

You would definitely have a thirty or above.

My guesses:
English = 33
Math = 31
Reading = 31
Science = 27
Composite = 31

^I sure hope so. I was being a little harsh, I think, on giving me this many missed questions, though. But, I always feel like i make dumb mistakes somewhere, so I add them anyway :/

what’s…
english: -1
math: -1
reading: -3
science: -0

35/35/33/36 = 34.75 or 35 composite (my guess)

i hope math is curved so a -1 is a 36…
and i read in my barrons act 36 book that -2 on reading is a 36…is there any truth to that?

^very rarely. Usually -1 = 35, -2 = 34, etc.

I personally found this reading easier than the last 3 i’ve taken, but I may have just improved my reading from reading more books/being more relaxed.

i’m pretty sure it depends on the section it is…idk why though.

and yeah i agree, -3 is actually very good for me!

what is
english: -0
math: -1
reading: -1
science: -3

36/36/36/32 = 35

@liv4physicz
My guesses:
english: 35
math: 35
reading: 33
science: 36
composite: 35
Haha just noticed that’s the same guess as above.

Hi guys I really am worried about this curve because I don’t get it all come. can someone explain and PLEASE post me what you think my composite is.

English I usually get a 28 or a 29 and I’m pretty sure I stayed in that range
Reading I think I got close to a perfect score
Math I usually get around a 25 or a 26 with like a little less than 20 wrong
Science I thought the beginning was good but the last two sections were difficult so like I would predict a 27 range

I don’t know how the curve works because this is my ffirst ACT based on this informaton can someone please release me from my anxiety and tell me what they think I would have got. My goal is a 29/30… Is this still possible? The only thing worrying me is the science.

Thanks.
