Does your ethnicity and your ability to pay affect your chances at getting accepted? Like, if you can pay the full tuition/or can't, and if you're a minority?
Also, would I be considered an "international student" if I have lived abroad my whole life, but am an American citizen, with another nationality as well. Lebanese - middle-eastern

84 people don’t know have any answers haha.

Most top schools are “need-blind,” so they wont take your ability to pay into consideration. You’d get financial aid anyway. I’m pretty sure no school can use your ethnicity as a factor, for that is straight-up profiling.
I don’t think you’d be considered international, but you’ll probably not be in-state.
