European, Chances for top schools?

Chances on top schools?
Hello,

I'd like to know your opinions on which top schools I could get into. My parents don't want to spend too much money so I would like to know if it's even worth bothering for some schools.

Freshman applicant

The schools:
Stanford
UCLA
Berkeley
USC
Columbia (both parents went to journalism school here)
Dartmouth
Brown
Cornell
Duke
UPENN
Harvard Yale Princeton (one of these three)

Sat scores:
Reading 690
Math 690
Writing 690

Subject tests:
Biology Italian and Spanish. Don't have my scores yet but pretty sure over 700 in all. And planning on taking Math 2 and physics in january.

ECs:
-Elected to represent my school at the next THIMUN conference (Model UN)
-Founder of first ever student chess club
-Have competed in soccer, lacrosse, tennis, basketball and swimming
-Volunteering with red cross
-Piano 8 years
-Guitar and Harmonica 1 year

I am going to play a lot on the fact that I'm american but have lived abroad (belgium) most my life with the exception of one year (sophomore) I spent in the US as an exchange student. Also multicultural Italian French and American, speak all fluently. Multidimensional great range of activities.
I have been going to a French school my whole life where school is really intense so we dont have much time for ECs and apparently they take that in account. My grades have always been good. Had around a 4.1 weighted (3.9 unweighted) the year I spent in the US i think.

Also, should I take the SATs in January again or the SAT II as planned?
Let me know. All advice is welcome whether discouraging or encouraging! Thanks!

UCB: High match

What are your safeties?

Yeah I would honestly say ivies are out, since admissions for internationals are hypercompetitive
