Hello everyone,

I have been thinking about the possibility of studying abroad. I am currently pursuing a degree in Physical Anthro but have interest in all sciences, so my degree may change. I have all my gen eds done and am now working on the prereqs for getting into a UC.

However, if it's possible to finish my degree at a foreign college (in western Europe), I may want to do that. As I said before, I am flexible on majors. As of now I have about 5 semesters until I finish my prereqs for UC, and I figured in that time I could pick up a foreign language that I could use if I can transfer abroad.

My question is, is this feasible? Living expenses aside, I am more interested in knowing if a foreign college would accept someone like me. I have had a tremulous college record, but starting Fall 2012 I grew up a bit and started getting straight A's. I am involved in extracurricular activities and am retaking a few classes I didn't do so well in. To reiterate, I am interested in actually transferring, not just a semester abroad. Also, what are some colleges (ideally France, Italy, or Spain since those languages are taught at my school) that are more geared towards science? I will not be able to transfer anywhere for about 2 more years, so I'm in no rush.

Thanks,
D
