My dad recently told me that he almost went to a school in Denmark for economics because it was really cheap, but really good. Since I have a great interest in international cultures and I'm interested in international business, this idea really caught my idea. However, the only other language I know is Spanish, but I'm not fluent enough in it to be taught in the language. So does anyone know of some good schools in Europe that teach in English?

Look at the Netherlands - lots of their courses are taught in English, and I believe Norway has a number of English-taught courses too. And of course the UK and Ireland - but they may not be cheap enough for you.

Depending on your SAT scores, look into Sciences-Po Reims/international admissions; you’ll have to learn French though. You can also do the Sciences Po/Columbia GS program, or Sciences Po/UBC program.

All schools in the UK teach in English.

I know, I was asking about countries other than the UK. Sorry, I should have clarified.
