<p>I believe there are lots of Europeans in US colleges. So where would you like to study in the US? And what class are you in right now (I mean come September)?</p>
<p>Of course there are quite a few Europeans in American colleges. I believe though there are a lot more students from Eastern than from Western Europe.</p>
<p>It really depends on what country it is in Europe. We’re not all the same here.
If you take Denmark, (where I come from) as an example, there won’t be many Danes moving out of Denmark let alone out of Europe to go to university. This is due to our universities being cheap/free, as we pay extremely high taxes. The level of education is also very high.
You will have a small group of people, who mainly want an international education and will go to the US, England or Canada in order to achieve that (Me being one of those people).
But otherwise, our system works really well for us.</p>
<p>Edit: Nevermind.</p>
<p>If anyone’s interested, the number of international students in the US by country of origin and enrollment level: [2009-10</a> | By Academic Level and Place of Origin | International Students | Open Doors Data](<a href=“http://www.iie.org/Research-and-Publications/Open-Doors/Data/International-Students/By-Academic-Level-and-Place-of-Origin/2009-10]2009-10”>http://www.iie.org/Research-and-Publications/Open-Doors/Data/International-Students/By-Academic-Level-and-Place-of-Origin/2009-10)</p>
