I was looking at the following schools:
University of Maryland at College Park
Penn State
University of Pittsburgh
Rutgers
University of Delaware
University of Connecticut
Georgia Tech
Carnegie Mellon University(Really just a school to apply to and see what happens, I understand I have a near 0% chance of acceptance.)
Temple University

Please tell me my chances at these schools if possible. :)

Also, I was wondering how colleges would interpret my failure of a course in my freshman year and then getting
a 98% in it in my 10th grade year.

If you need any more information, please post.

Thanks a lot for your help!
