Evaluating Credits Advice

So I'm wondering, how long did it take for your previous credits to be evaluated and posted on your unofficial transcript of your new university or better yet, did anyone have any problems transferring credits?

I know each university is different, but it's been four weeks since my Winter 2010 transcripts were sent out and the credits still aren't posted. The Credits Evaluation Office (or whatever it's called) emailed me stating that if the credits weren't posted by four weeks, I should call their office. I called them this morning, and I'm sorry, but the person who answered the phone had no idea what she was talking about. >_>; I find it very hard to believe that they accepted NONE of the fourteen credits I took last semester, and yes, all the classes I took were listed as "equivalents" to the university courses.

Should I wait another week to see if they'll be posted or should I call them again to ask about it? Thank you so much.

Not all my credits transferred, but I knew that going in. (ie old school gave me credit for gym courses while new school does not).

Most likely they haven’t gotten to your transcript yet. If you want to reassure yourself that your credits will transfer look for “transfer credit policies” which are probably listed on the Registrar’s or Credit Evaluation Office’s webpage. I would call next week sometime.
