Even possible for pre-med/biology?

I am applying for Johns Hopkins early decision and am set on becoming a doctor, not sure but its between ophthalmologist, periodontist, or cardiac surgeon. I have good grades, mostly A's, but my sciences have all been B's except for 1 semester! The school I go to is nationally ranked and I had the worst line-up for teachers every year. The annoying thing is that I got C's both semesters in Chemistry-Honors because I had a biased teacher who hated me when I used my 504 form to get more time on her tests. But I have scored high advanced on the STAR test every year, highest in all my classes even for Bio and Chemistry. Will that even be looked at for my application? Its not really fair that I get grades that obviously don't reflect my true knowledge level, which according the the state standards is very high, not B area....
I am currently a senior and am enrolled in Physics and Anatomy, hopefully these will help?
Does anyone have any possible information for me?
