Ever feel isolated?

Hey guys,

I was accepted rd and I'm so happy! However, I did not get the chance to visit the school yet.. So for other than the amazing academics they offer, I don't know too much about the student life at Kenyon. I love the idea of going there, but I'm scared I'll feel to isolated.. or without much to do.. can any current students explain a little bit about their life there and if ever the isolation or lack of things to do was ever an issue? Also, is the town nearby a nice college town? Are there restaurants and places to go?

Thank you so much!!

I would highly recommend you attend one of the admitted student visit days. Though the experiences of others could certainly help in your decision-making process, in the end, there’s no way you can get a true feel for Kenyon unless you visit.

It is a see it to believe it school. As a parent of a Kenyon kid, I am amazed at the amount of things there are to do there, and the speakers and such they bring in. Worth going for a visit. If I remember, they offer to pay for your airfare…
