did all you snail mailers get a confirmation in the mail yet?

no. I'm really afraid because i mailed it in a town in west texas that only had 500 people, and just had a box not a postoffice. I am so afraid it never made it to a real post office

Nope, I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet.

Atleast for ED, the confirmations were sent out via email. It took them a few weeks, if I remember correctly.

I applied RD - mailed my app on Dec. 17 or so - and got an email confirmation around Jan. 5. But nothing in the mail.

fingers crossed

If we have a question should we e-mail the helpdesk or undergrad admissions?

if anyone's wondering how long confirmations take: i got a confirmation today (jan. 12) , i sent mine in dec. 30.

Wow, I still haven't gotten anything.... I'll call tomorrow I guess.

Me neither.

Patience is a virtue,

I can imagine they'd be flooded with emails and letters now ... Heck- they still haven't replied to my mid-year report email I sent them 2 weeks ago

I got confirmation by e-mail a couple days ago, and i mailed my application on the 3rd of January. Good to know that they got it and (hopefully) didn't notice my tardiness.

I mailed on Dec 30 and still haven't heard a thing from them.

<------ worried

I mailed my app on the 29th and got a confirmation by email on the 11th. For those still waiting, I wouldn't worry because they probably still have plenty of apps to open and log in.

my name was spelled wrong on the email...should I contact them about it??

I think that you should contact them about your name. It can only help in my opinion.

I got an email yesterday notifying me that "[my] application for admission to the Princeton University Class of 2010 is complete, and we look forward to reading it."

I got the email

Yeah, my app is complete.

How long does it take to receive a confirmation e-mail after receiving "Princeton has opened a file for you" e-mail?
When I received the latter one, it had an attachment sign on it but I couldn't open an attachment. Is it supposed to have an attachment?
