What are prospective students planning to study? What are their impressions of Williams? Why did they choose?

I chose williams because of its small size, intimate campus, and prestige of its economics department. Several Econ graduates have gone on to Harvard Business School, Wharton, etc. as well, so any student who manages to get in is definitely at a "safe" school (the hard part is getting in). I just got back form previews and while there were some things that turned me (slightly) off, I fell in love with the school more than ever, and am anxious to arrive on campus, whenever that may be. As a side note, I was also motivated by my fellow classmates; the majority of them are vastly successful in academia and in personal endeavors as well. Overall, I beseech you to look into williams with the question of whether or not the school fits you because -- let's fact it -- it's a very particular school. Not everyone belongs here.

Just out of curiosity,
What did you like? What didn't you like?
