Experience Richmond - April vs March date

Hi,

I applied EA to Richmond and am excited to have been accepted!

I never got to visit Richmond before applying, which is why I definitely want to attend an admitted students day.
I know there is an Experience Richmond day on April 21 (which seems to be more popular), but I don’t think I can make it that day. I am thinking about going to the one in March instead. Do you think this will make a difference, or all of these Experience Richmond days pretty much the same in terms of overall experience? I really want to get a good feel of the campus, my potential classmates, etc and see what life might be like as a Spider.

Thanks!

I’m unable to go to the April 21st one as well. While a lot of ppl in the gc i’m in are going that day, there are also a number scattered over the other three. I think the main difference is that April 21st is a Saturday while the rest take place on weekdays if I’m not mistaken.

@amandma thx for the info!

@undecidedd2018 just signed up my D (also accepted EA) for the Into the Web on Monday, March 26th (which is during our Spring Break). If you’ve never been to UR it might even be better than the ExpRich because it seems to be more personalized. The April 21st event looks awesome and a chance to meet several more future classmates, but it’s Prom here so that’s a no go. Also note: we’ve visited UR 2 times in 2017, her Jr yr spring break for initial presentation, tour and to eat in the Dhall (we visited 10 colleges in 6 days!), and then returned this fall for a personal, informal interview. Scheduling this trip for her final overlook, but mostly because her dad hasn’t seen campus yet… really more for him! She loves everything she has seen thus far! Still have 3 applications out and scholarships/financials will be a factor but right now UR is well in the lead!! #gospiders
