I think you need to take care about how attempt to leverage situations to your advantage, e.g poor old dad is good enough when AK seemed to offer geographic diversity, but dead beat dad when you want his financials discounted WRT FA. That sort of approach might show up in other parts of your application. When did you last stay in AK? Who pays for your boarding school?
