External Wharton Transfer- What are my chances?

Hello! I just want to know everyone’s thoughts on my odds for a junior transfer.

Community College GPA: 4.0
ACT score: 30

ECs: Student Government (officer), Phi Theta Kappa (officer), Business Club (president), Student Mentor, selected to serve on the faculty/student academic committee, extensive volunteer history, started my own business and successfully launched an original project under that business on kickstarter. I also work part-time for a marketing company while going to school full-time.

Awards: Whos Who of American Junior Colleges, Jack Kent Cooke Semi-Finalist (winners tba in april), Academic Gold Award, Academic Excellence Award. I also received a scholarship for being involved in student government and a scholarship for business students.

Other: non-traditional student, mixed race, first generation

@wonderfulpancake It will be hard. Yes you have a 4.0 but rigor of your school also plays a big role. Your ACT score which is a metric they can actually use to compare you against every other applicant, is below the middle 50% scores of Penn students (32-35).

Yes you have some good ECs but you will be competing against students from top LACs and even top schools like Northwestern and Dartmouth who are looking to transfer into Wharton.
By all means go for it if it is your dream but be realistic about your chances.
Maybe you could apply to CAS Econ instead of Wharton to slightly increase your chances but still it would be hard.
