extra essay for leadership/community service scholarship

D has done the extra scholarship essay and has loads of community service and leadership and a great recommendation that highlight this. I confirmed with OU’s scholars office that students that are NM are still eligible for this other scholarship and that if she earned it, it would stack. Now It looks like the leadership/community service scholarship if just for in state.

All seven of the recipients are from OK high schools. Does anyone know any more about this?

not familiar with that one. I do know that the NMS scholarship stacks with just about everything. One of the good parts of the OU deal is that they do not take money away because the students earned other money as well.
