Extra info on UC app?

<p>I'm just finishing the UC app, and I was wondering what the normal sort of thing to put in part 3 of the personal statement was...where it asks you to tell them anything else you'd want them to know.</p>

<p>Right now, a kind of "Top Ten things to Know About Me" list. Each of the ten includes a few sentences explaining that particular statement about myself. Most of the ten are serious, but a few of them are definitely more joking. Would this be an acceptable thing to submit for this? I wouldn't want them to think I'm not taking the app seriously, but being funny is part of who I am....</p>

<p>I’ve always had the impression that the optional essay was to describe things they say they want further explanation on, like grade trend disparities, the reason for application to that previously mentioned program in the app, things that affect your education like disorders and etc. and was not a place to further express yourself. Am I wrong? Are people using it like that?</p>
