Extra Low GPA...any chances to transfer...anywhere??

OK. So my GPA is a 2.04...yeah I know. I had a 2.8 up until a year ago when my brother was killed and I missed alot of days of class. I have 70 total credits but Ive changed majors twice. I am currently in community college and as a 23 year old I need to get to a 4 year school asap. My EFC is 0 so money isn't an issue. Is there any schools out there that will accept a student like me? I am transferring from a NJ school and I am a business major. I am also taking two summer classes to try and get my GPA up somewhat. So far Ive applied to university of oklahoma, university of kentucky, Rowan university, OKlahoma state university, Rutgers university, St.John's university, Mississippi State university, Ole Miss and Penn. State. Do I have any shot of getting into any of these schools? Any suggestions will help and I just really want to know my options.

With a 0 EFC money is a huge issue. This indicates that you have very few resources of your own with which to pay for your education. Your GPA is not good enough to get you into the out of state public universities on your list. Even if you could get in, they don’t meet need for OOS students, and your Pell and Staffords will not cover much of your expenses. The only places on your list that might be affordable are the public universities in your home state.
