<p>Okay so like the Common App is one of the most difficult Apps i'll ever fill out. It's really confusing. So for the Extracurricular Activities..... Is it okay if i don't fill it out on the app but will submit( by mailing) my own resume on the activities and awards I got? Or should i just suck it up and just do my best filling out the Extracurricular Activities section?</p>

<p>Suck it up and fill out the form. Sending in a resume in lieu of filling out the form makes you seem conceited (you can’t bother to stoop down and do something so common as to fill out the form).</p>
<p>They are expecting to see the form in a particular way. Don’t make them work to find the information some where else.</p>
<p>Yeah, seeing it on the form makes things easier for them. If you want to elaborate on awards or anything that maybe doesn’t fit in the space in the form, you can make sort of a list and put that in your Additional Information section.</p>
