I'm a junior and I'm really lacking in the extracurricular department. Like next to none. No leadership positions. I go to a very small school and I'm not very popular so I can't get voted for leadership positions in clubs. The 3 clubs I'm in are simply padding my resume. Not a very athletic person but might try out for the bowling team lol. Maybe a little advisory position I can just sign up for at my local library. Seriously though any ideas. I'm not looking at Ivies since I want to stay close to home (south), but I am aiming for scholarships. Summer programs?

I’m in the same position and am looking for ideas. Bump on your behalf

What are you two interested in?

What are your interests and while you said you attend a small school, do you live in a small town?

Join activities that interest you and/or are related to future goals. If a particular interest is not met with an existing club, consider starting your own.
Admissions Officers were not born yesterday; they will immediately recognize this.

Extracurriculars aren’t very important at most colleges. Test scores and grades matter a lot more for scholarships at less selective schools.

However, it’s possible that you already have other ECs and you don’t realize it because you’re not thinking far enough outside the box. Do you have any hobbies that are productive and substantiated somehow (like art, music, writing, etc.)?
