what does 2016 - New York University - No self-service access for this aid year.
& 2015 -New York University -Award access not available.

2015 usually is for people who did a summer program, although some people who didn’t also received 2015. The 2016 is a good sign. It means you have the FA change, which in previous years, usually signifies an acceptance.

yup usually the 2016 means that you were accepted

so in other words - if a candidate is international student, he / she should not read too much in to FA status
change to - 2016 - New York University - No self-service access for this aid year. - is that a correct assessment ?

People will get a financial aid offer whether they apply for FA or not and whether you receive any aid or not. The financial aid offer will be in the form of loans if you do not qualify/ or apply for FA. So this “change” can happen to students who have applied for aid or not.

i mean - for international students - should we read too much into - 2016 - New York University - No self-service access for this aid year - does this signify anything - either acceptance or rejection?
