I like it,

I was searching one day and I was like, My god this girl is the sexiest thing I have ever seen,

I saw her classes., 2 days later we were having dinner.

Worked great for me.

Hey, that's what Facebooks is all about man.

Grabbing the list of girl's classes, stalking her, then taking her out. :D

I managed to find the guy who had my exact dorm room last year. Good thing I found him because he gave me the heads up on how to arrange it for optimal space and other things that I wouldn't have known.

actually, having someone as a facebook friend is a great ice breaker...

guess it depends on the individual...you take your chances

and yeah, the poster two back is right- it's a great way to find people when you need to, get some contact information so you can take care of business

not so great for those who don't wish to be found

If you don't wish to be found, you can either block certain e-mail addresses from sending you messages or limit access to your profile to people who are associated with you in a certain way. The most information anyone can get about you without your permission is your name, school, and student status.

wirehog is awesome the released it at my school about a year ago...it kicks ass.

btw if you know someone with wirehog (i think it has only been released at Harvard, Yale, Penn, Stanford, & Columbia) they can get it and send you an invite so that you can have it. I did this for all my friends at other schools so that I could get them to put their music up.

i may sound really dumb by saying this, but what is wirehog? I will be a freshman at harvard in the fall but ive never heard of it...should i have?
